Submission of documents
An applicant seeking an operator's certificate shall submit to the Civil Aviation Agency:
- an application for an operator's certificate;
- ORO.AO C of Annex III to Regulation No 965/2012. The documents and information referred to in paragraph 100;
- documents attesting the veracity of the information (e.g. documents attesting the establishment of a working relationship with ORO.AO C of Annex III to Regulation No 965/2012. The responsible drivers referred to in point 100 “b 4” and ORO.AO C of Annex III to Regulation No 965/2012. For the persons referred to in point 135 (a)).conformity assessment
The Civil Aviation Agency shall, in accordance with Annex II to Regulation No 965/2012, ARO.GE N. For the requirements of paragraph 300, the documents and information submitted shall be evaluated and the applicant's compliance with the requirements of Regulation No 965/2012, the ARO guidelines of Part ARO of Regulation No 965/2012, the Guidelines for Part ORO of Regulation No 965/2012, the CAT Guidelines of Regulation No 965/2012 and the guidelines for Part SPA of Regulation No 965/2012 shall be verified.issuance or refusal of a certificate
The Civil Aviation Agency shall, in accordance with the procedures specified in the Administrative Procedure Law, take a decision to issue an operator certificate to the applicant in accordance with ARO.GE N of Annex II to Regulation No 965/2012. The requirements of point 310 or to refuse to issue an operator certificate if the applicant does not comply with the requirements of Regulation No 965/2012, the guidelines for Part ARO of Regulation No 965/2012, the guidelines for Part ORO of Regulation No 965/2012, the guidelines for Part CAT of Regulation No 965/2012 or the guidelines for Part SPA of Regulation No 965/2012.
