The "ANSD Oversight Manual" sets out the principles for the oversight management of the Civil Aviation Agency's Air Navigation Division and sets out the Civil Aviation Agency's Air Navigation Division's internal processes for maintaining safety oversight processes in its oversight areas. This manual applies to all units of the Civil Aviation Agency involved in the provision of air navigation (ATS, CNS, MET, AIS), air traffic management services (ATS, ASM, ATFM), airspace design and other services listed in Regulation 2017/373.
