submission of a declaration and training programme or its application
The Applicant shall submit the CAA documentation in accordance with Paragraphs 29 and 30 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020)

The Civil Aviation Agency in accordance with Paragraph 36 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020):
- Examine the applicant's declaration to verify that it contains all the information specified in DOT.GEN.115;
- evaluates the adequacy of the training course program.issue of approval
Civil Aviation Agency:
1) issue a confirmation regarding the receipt of the declaration, including assigning an individual DTO reference number to the declaration in accordance with Paragraph 36.1 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020);
2) issue an approval of the study course program in accordance with Paragraph 36.2 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020) (if necessary).
** The annual fee for the annual declared training organization (DTO) and the program oversight program for each course is 30% of the initial DTO and program approval fee.
