The training organization shall submit the CAA documentation in accordance with Paragraph 12 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020).

The Civil Aviation Agency shall assess the compliance of the training organization in accordance with Paragraph 15 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020):
1) by reviewing the range of submitted documents (pre-certification document review stage);
2) performing document audits and on-site inspections of the organization (certification phase).issuance of a certificate
The Civil Aviation Agency issue a certificate of an approved training organization in accordance with Paragraph 26 of Cabinet Regulation No. 373 (2020).
