Process description

Application submission
The applicant shall submit an application and attach documents confirming the existence of a valid medical certificate, flight crew member certificate with valid appropriate ratings and approvals, flight experience.
Conformity assessment
The approval of the foreign licensing authority is required and the compliance of the submitted documents with the applicable requirements has been assessed.
issuance of a certificate
If the submitted documents meet the applicable requirements, a certificate of validity is issued. The certificate of validity is received in the Civil Aviation Agency in person.
