Initial assessment of the operator of the unmanned aircraft system and issuance of the Passenger Vehicle Operator Certificate (LUC)

Process description

1. Service requests
   An applicant for an unmanned aerial vehicle system shall submit a completed application form to the CAA, etc. The documents provided for in Regulation No 2019/947.

2. Conformity assessment
   Assessment of the conformity of documents with the applicable requirements

3. Receipt of services
   When the operator has demonstrated compliance with the applicable requirements, a certificate shall be issued.
