Process description

1. Service requests
   Monitoring of the compliance of the holder of an unmanned aircraft operator permit or declaration in accordance with a surveillance programme prepared by the Civil Aviation Agency shall be carried out at least every two years.

2. Conformity assessment
   Assessment of compliance with the applicable requirements.

3. Receipt of services
   Receipt of the final audit report.
