Submit an application to supplement the flight crew license and attach a document certifying compliance with the requirements for obtaining a new rating or approval.Conformity assessment
The compliance of the submitted documents with the applicable requirements is assessed.issuing a Certificate
If the submitted documents meet the applicable requirements, a new flight crew license shall be issued, retaining the license number but with a new date of issue and supplemented by a new rating or endorsement.
