Service requests
The request for a service must be submitted in a free form.
The following documents are required:
1) an application for receipt of a statement;
2) a copy of the civil law insurance policy;
3) registration documents issued by the State/other State (submitted if it is a foreign firm) attesting compliance with the requirements for the safety of equipment, aircraft, equipment and persons and compliance with Regulation No 1899/2006.Receipt of services
Receipt of services according to the application of choice.
